Their manager brian i mean assistant manager doesnt do his job well at all has scammed and ripped us off before i would drive to tri cities or yakima to gamestop before having to come deal with this place or their employees , be warned kinda funny when your in hermiston to and put gamestop in google maps and yours is last on the list before all the ones in tri cities and yakima

My greatest experience at any GameStop has been at this store. The workers here go out of the way to help the customers, vs simple sales as I have experienced at some other GameStop locations across the US. Just wish the bank behind their CC would take PAYPAL debit or business debit for payments.

Don’t sell used games that can only be sold once and make your customer sound like an idiot when they call in to ask about it. Found out after purchasing Elder Scrolls Online is only good for one time use and then it’s useless. Glad I spent money on trash. Literally. Should have never took it in on trade In the first place.
