Never answers the phone. Ever. Lost a lot of business from me for my kids by just not answering the phone. Too bad. I'm not a fan of Walmart but they answer phones. So does Fred Meyers.

This Gamestop was super understaffed. They have boxes of products that they don't even have in stock. I'm told it is so that you will order it, but order times are WEEKS out. There were very limited items on the shelves. The one staff that was there was working hard, but seeing that he had to test every single item being brought in, it was a half-hour wait to buy one thing, and they didn't have nor could they order the controller they were advertising on the wall for sale. The guy tried to push the pro membership on us, to the point we had to say no several times. It would have been cheaper and they would have had everything we wanted to have just gone through Amazon. If it hadn't been a Christmas present that we wanted a case for quickly before we traveled for new years, we would have just dropped it all and ordered it together.

Brought my nephew in to buy a game and controls for his Switch. The selection was good and the staff seemed willing to assist. So we chose what we wanted, checked out and went on about our day. When I was checking receipts later, I found they had charged me $19.99 for the control which was clearly tagged $12.99. I returned to the store to get that corrected and they flat refused! The person we spoke with said they were in the process of price changes and would not honor the stickered price. This is an incredibly poor practice and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Needless to say, I will never shop at this store again and if corporate does not respond and correct the issue, GameStop will never get another penny from me.
