Bad experience...be aware in this place...I buy a used game for my kids and the Chinese lady charge for a warranty for "scratches" without authorization for a used game .. I buy bundle of games couple day ago in offer up and notice after have the same game...so 2 hours after the purchase return the game in the same condition never open or touch and the same Chinese lady just return the price of the game and just say they can refund warranty charge so I was confused because she charge that warranty for scratches and was less 2 hours from the transaction...is the first time they charge me in game stop for warranty for used game without before ask..just in this location.. be careful with the staff in this location..

They never have anything you go in for. Even if they say it on the site. Don't waste your time.

Good place somewhat clean store. The company seems to have given up at least in the Oregon area in updating any locations. I don’t mind them due to high theft not really worth investing.
