They always have decent Pokemon cards which is awesome. But some of the staff need to be more interactive with the guests. Gaming is supposed to be fun and sometimes customers like to ask questions about certain games so when you get an "idk" answer out of just about every question it feels somewhat awkward and boring!

When I stopped there, I was picking up a Order that I paid for online. The cashier was very sweet and asked me if I needed something even though there were people in line. When I told her I was just there to pick up my order everybody let her go get it and give it to me so I could leave. I paid less for it there at GameStop.

I had a weird interaction with the employees here when I came in to trade my version of Madden 24. According to their website I was supposed to get $20 in credit. Once I got there Casey the cashier tells me that I’m only getting $17. I tell her that on their website it shows, “store credit $20.” She goes on to tell me that she can’t override the computer so I have to take what she’s offering. I end up showing her their website that shows the trade in credit is $20, then her coworkers jumps in and says that I’d only receive the full $20 credit if I was a pro member, that’s when I tell them their website states that pro members receive $22 and non members receive $20. They both look back at the website then look at each other and have nothing to say except that they can’t change it. That’s when I said ok never mind and left. I ended up going to another location where they did give me $20 in credit. It’s weird that they kept coming up with excuses instead of being honest but what can you expect when GameStop employees aren’t train to do anything, but babysit the store.
