Refuses to swap out a defective controller, with proof of purchase, and less than 30 days old. Brand new controller. Took it to another store. Not a single issue. Bad customer service trained here. The manager on the phone told the employe helping me I was able to go to a controller repair shop. Like capn games. Don't buy new equipment here

Brandon was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the games and game platforms. He was very patient with my 11 year old and helped us find the best deals on pre owned games. Best customer service we have ever had!

I swear that I already reviewed this place, but apparently not. This Game Stop has a special place in my heart because I spent my childhood there.
