I like it, the employees are courteous,and knowledgeable of all the games and console's, if they don't have it, they will order it for you. It's always clean and we'll organized.I recommend it to any of my gaming friends, and those I don't know who are looking for games or equipment

Dylan is probably the only good thing about this store. Great customer service. Personally I won't give them anymore if my business. They did not go above and beyond to find out why my pre-order hasn't showed up still almost a month late. And calling above to corporate does nothing since the pre order was done in store. They are useless. Call this review petty because it's about a limited edition tamagotchi but a pre order is a pre order! And its just kinda crazy that its still not in that store for me to pick up!!!

They've changed a lot of their policies and stopped getting in as many games as they used to. It's mainly merchandise, it's a let down preorder everything is the biggest policy now they only order enough new games for preorderers. So no new games in stock most of the time still fun to visit
