This business is a prime example bad practices. I ordered a controller that was supposed to be special design. What I received was not what I ordered nor what was displayed in pictures. I went to the store to return it, and they wouldn’t refund the shipping. I paid $7 to be disappointed. Never ordering from GameStop again.

Kevin is a keeper! I was taken back by his amazing customer service skills, but it seems that's just his personality. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I've had other experiences here with other employees. They go out of their way for you and do the best they can.

Very nice staff, they held a game for me. I ended up getting the game new somewhere else. But they were very helpful!
