I was pretty dissapointed in general with this store, when I went inside there was 2 people ahead of me, so I didn't think of have much of a wait as I was only trading a few games in, well the worker said Itd b over an hour wait which I reluctantly accepted and started browsing. Another customer came in after me with a trade and he took his immediately. I was highly offended and questioned him his answer, there's a gamestop in the mall bud, I won't ever return

I have purchased a lot of games and equipment. My son used to work for the company. He had played ever since he was little. The store is always clean and organized. The carry the most recent games and there employees are usually gamers their selfs. They also have a game trading program. It will allow gamers to trade in tapes for store credit on certain popular titles. The employees will take time with customers (like me) who have no ability to play to help you choose a great game that is appropriate for child. Gave 4 stars for those who work there and the business trade in program.
