Drove almost 100 mi because website said they were open so people could pick up the games they already paid for and they won't let you in to get them. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with the store but I'll tell you what it'll be the damn sure last time because they suck.

Hardly ever open on time. If you call, they won’t answer the phone. Half the staff is usually pleasant, half the staff acts like they don’t want to be there. Bull Moose is very close nearby, I recommend stopping in there instead.

I bought my husband a brand new $180 dollar head set in June, it wound up malfunctioning which was covered by GAMESTOPS warranty. They refuse to replace the product with anything that has been quality checked or is new. Won’t even refund me the money I spent on this product originally. Save your self the headache and just buys straight from the manufacturer.
