THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP YOU COULD EVER GO TO! GANAS in Bakersfield California sold me a car that needed a new transmission the second week I had it! There were problems with the sensor lights and let me not forget to mention after being told that I would be receiving my plates and registration on time they didn’t show up for months and months after I bought the car so long in fact that the tags had expired on my car and I couldn’t even drive it!
Long story short, the best decision I ever made was finding an attorney who dealt with auto fraud and I sued them and WON!
GANAS/TriColor dealership has been taken to court and has been sued many many times over again for the same kind of situations that I was in !
Do your self a BIG FAVOR & PLEASE find another car dealership.. I PROMISE it is the best decision you can make for yourself!!
BAD QUALITY CARS & SERVICE you may have to pay to fix the car and pay by your self after you bought it in the first 3 months same as me
It was good service at first agreed to buy a car by Sales and after bought it, all it been really bad service. I was trying to follow up for the original license plate which been nearly 3 months but still didn’t receive it and no update at all when i’m trying to called many times (i bought a car on 19 Jun 24 and the temporary plate will be expired on 17 Sep 24. I hope there is someone who able to give this service for me to follow up case!
Updated as of 9 Sep 24, i have check with the DMV and they said that Ganas did NOT send the DMV any documents!!!!! Thanks to Mr. Robbie Diaz the new manager who follow up case for me and DMV received it (not the one when i buy a car).
MORE UPDATE!!* After i bought a car 3 months and i have an engine pop up so i check and it said i need to fix it (price cost around 2,500 for that parts!)
The Premium limited warranty did not cover and i have to fix with HYUNDAI by my own. Luckily that Hyundai help to support (the car warranty by Hyundai is 80k but my car 85k.
So total paid for me to fix a car is 850 dollars.
Think twice before you buy any cars from this bad dealership!
