Bad customer service. Bought an item and tried to return, but being told all item final sale and reject the return request. When I said there’s no any sign or indication when I paid, the lady just agreed to make the return, but with a very mean face expression.

Super friendly and helpful staff that will pull the right sizes for you. They have markdowns on many items from the current collection and not just dead stock as many other outlet stores.

I had a lovely experience with Stephanie while in the store. She communicated the promos right away, was great at explaining the sizing and was quick to grab other sizes/check stock items in the back. Nice experience!
