Update District manager called after I reported my experience to customer service and made a kind gesture to remedy the last visit. Assured me to improve the quality of customer value at that location I will check out Burbank Outlet for a while in Hope's in a few months things will improve here in Van Nuys. Went in on Easter to but my son Jean's... horrible experience once again. Not enough registers open or employees who want to help. God for bid you ask for help Check out employees are too busy chatting with each other to pay ATTENTION to customers mine left on sensors had to return twice to counter when door alerts went off and ... wait. Diana the manager rude not helpful Hed to return again because a jacket was left off my purchase that was a set ... still horrible management service left refusing to spend another dollar and not going back until this store improves
Haven't been here in over a year-and-a-half because my previous experiences the last three were horrible but I decided to take a chance and go in again because I'm a big gap fan love are sweatshirt hoodies and all the great colors wound up getting several a decent prices not as many great bargains as there used to be but the overall store discount was cool I will definitely be back again and hopefully enjoy the selection staff is lean so there were two of us up waiting to check out and it took a few minutes before somebody noticed and actually came to the register I also had to find somebody to explain signage discounts
