Went there today and just a bunch of young teenagers running the store just gossiping and one gal chased her crush and was talking outside and no one greeted or offered assistance! Every time i have visited customer service drops. It’s a shame I use to love Gap. What happened:(

The employee vibe is negative and unhelpful. I found a some great deals but also found some jeans were $20 cheaper online. They were irritated about helping me with this. The company should be more transparent. I should not have to be on my phone in the store making sure I am not paying $20 more for jeans then I could on my couch. And the employees should be kind and helpful. Shopping with kids is stressful and the environment of the store made everything so much harder!

Great service. Cashiers explained the frequent shoppers rewards. Excellent and friendly staff willing to help find things. Enjoyable shopping experience. Wide variety of clothes for all ages and genders.
