the gap used to be higher quality than it is now. a lot of mixed fiber clothing, when i would like to buy 100% cotton, only, for both environmental reasons (not sending microfibers into the ocean) and because 100% cotton clothing lasts longer and doesn't pill up. very disappointed that the gap is following the trend of cheap, disposable fashion, where no one cares if clothes pill because they just toss them and buy new ones. you also used to be able to buy very nice 100% wool & lambswool sweaters at the gap. we like the soft, comfy boxer briefs, but can rarely find any actual clothing worth buying at the gap anymore. what a bummer.

Clothes fit me here and is affordable. They aren't paranoid about the fitting rooms unlike some places where you have get a number, count the clothing items and so on. You just go in and try it on.

Shouldn't there be a super big round bench surrounding a circular stage in front of JC Penney's? People are gonna need a place to sit down.
