This is a good Gap store and meets the bar that you'd expect. The location is clean and although small (for a gap) and oddly laid out they do a good job of utilizing their space. I've bought multiple pairs of jeans here and loved them all. Come for the clothes and hope to avoid the lines and thumping music.

I have come back to this gap about 5 times since I moved to the bay area three months ago and I am still so in love with my experiences here. I'm a huge fan of their gap fit selection, their sales section is bountiful, and they always carry the newest and greatest items for the season.

The sales people I have interacted with were so friendly towards me. They set up a changing room for me so I wouldn't have to carry things around, grabbed me new sizes, checked in on me. It really was a very high class retail experience even though it was just in a gap.
