This delivery service is AWFUL. They left Christmas present in a cardboard box in a puddle by the mail box in the middle of a rainstorm rather than drive up to the house.

Need better training and customer service they scream at you not talk to you not help you with something they'd expect you to know all this what to do. I had to over here an employee talk to a person visiting the zoo for the first time how to work the app you're treated like cattle and not a human being
