I needed a garage door repair during the weekend, and Garage Door Repair Campbell seems the only company open during the weekend.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. The final repair was OKay.

However, I didn't like the approach by the technician. First , he didn't try to understand the problem and what I needed, immediately telling me that the spring needed replacement giving me three prices. When I said I only need the lowest price one given the door is old, they said the price given me was only for one spring, the price has to be doubled. I had to ask them to put everything in written to make sure the price doesn't change for the scope of the work. However, after the work was done, he told me that another $100 is needed to dispose the old controller, and he never gave me a receipt. During the entire process, the technician always saying he is too busy to answer my questions.

I only agreed to proceed the work because of the lack of choices during the weekend. I would not recommend the company due to their poor services and not straightforward with their price.
