I brought in a single right hand torsion spring and they sold me a left hand spring. Had to put the spring on the other side after I figured out I was unspringing the spring.

This was the only place we could find a u-bar strut for our 1 car garage door because when we bought our house, it didn't have one. Took off a star because when we had called to ask if they sold a u-bar, the lady didn't say we needed to make an order over the phone before arriving. We were purchasing for ourselves and not a company so I'm not sure if that's the conditions. 🤷🏻♀️ so fyi, make an order over the phone before arriving.
