After having my garage door springs suddenly break I needed emergency same day service. I attempted to call around only to get disappointed by either promises of call backs, and no call back, high diagnosis fees, unwillingness to give me a ball park price over the phone, and unavailability until the following week. Luckily I found Garage Door Hero. I called and immediately got a sense of relief. I spoke with Cindy, she was pleasant, professional and she was able to give me a ball park quote based on the information I gave her. She did everything in her control to accommodate me and scheduled a same day service for later that day. The tech that arrived was Jesse. After looking at my springs, Jesse gave me more information in regards to what would be needed. My garage door was fixed in timely and professional manner. Jesse was knowledgeable and friendly. I truly appreciate the same day service and I will definitely use their service again if needed and highly recommend them in comparison to others in the area. Kudos to the staff at GDH, I’m very pleased. My garage door has not functioned this good in years, it doesn’t even squeak when it rolls up and down. Just AWESOME!!
