The sales & service associate, James, called shortly before his scheduled arrival time and was on schedule. He promptly assessed the situation with my garage door and suggested some options.

He took the time to answer my questions and explain the basis for his suggestions.

He was knowledgeable for sure, polite, friendly and once I decided, he got the job done in about an, maybe less.

Appreciate the honest approach and would definitely recommend. I would also use again whatever I decide to replace the old garage door!
