Went in for my first adjustment and it was amazing. Was a little afraid at the thought of someone "Adjusting" my spine but anything was worth trying if it meant I wasn't in horrible back and shoulder pain when i was doing anything but laying down. Gib was great! Went slowly and talked me through everything he was doing and kept the dialog going so I felt comfortable speaking if something hurt or was tender. My adjustment was great! Didn't hurt at all! Sent me home with an ice pack for my back. Was still hurting that evening into the night but the next day i'm doing great! I can actually sit at my desk and work with out just wanting to put my head on my desk and moan in pain. Going in again this week for my 2nd adjustment. So glad that I went to a Chiro instead of the doctors. Certainly saved me time and money.
