What a great place to take your friends and family who like to eat bougie food! Flavor is on point here! Our group ordered to share the pan fried Japanese gyoza, grilled broccolini kale hazelnut in pomegranate dressing, roasted kabocha squash with pumpkin seed and sweet miso dressing, sweet potato wedges with chili jam and sour cream, and aburi salmon Don, premium steak Don, and fried tofu Don. Plenty of vegetarian options! As well as nonalcoholic drinks. We loved the Lost in the Maze drink.
Definitely excited to come back with other friends and family members and try their other menu items.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name] in downtown Olympia for Mother’s Day. This newly opened establishment has quickly become a standout in the area, offering a fantastic atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff.
Our meal began with a delightful truffle-based hummus appetizer, which was both unique and flavorful. The drinks we ordered were not only delicious but also came with a sparkling touch that added a festive element to our evening.
For the main course, I opted for the ribeye with gravy and mashed potatoes. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and complemented well by the rich gravy and creamy potatoes. My wife enjoyed a sumptuous lobster, which was fresh and expertly prepared.
To finish our meal, we indulged in a fantastic dessert duo: a classic crème brûlée and a matcha cheesecake. Both desserts were exquisite, with the matcha cheesecake being a particularly memorable highlight.
Overall, the food was fantastically prepared, and the fine dining experience was evident in every aspect. Although a bit on the pricey side, the quality and experience were well worth the money. We look forward to returning and exploring more of the menu.
