Very rude sales staff who basically stand around and refuse to help customers or actually turn and walk away from you. Every single time I have been in this location this has been the level of customer service I have experienced. The only exception to this has been garden center.

Great place!! Been only using HomeDepot since 2006. Pro Member spending thousands a month. Those 2 reasons is why I’m saying something. The employees at HomeDepot are not knowledgeable on products, carts everywhere, and Management is unreachable. These are just a few. Time to clean out your dirt laundry. Because we and many many of us are going to lowes. Donuts, product book, call ahead for item pull for contractors, Better tool selection. Or don’t.

Went in asked where Lyme is, dude told me gardening. Nobody there to help no lyme.Went back into store asked another, told me his hand held is not working. went to computer told me area 98. he didn't know where that was, pointed me towards another part of store. Said to find someone there and ask them saw same guy originaly asked. He said go to cement room no lyme. Thanks for the tour of your store !!!!!!!!!! Went to ace and was outta there in 5 minutes. Home depot is not what it used to be. Never again I would rather pay higher price. If I wanted excersize I would go to gym!!!!!
