I certainly enjoy how beautiful Garden Plaza is and how well thought out their facility is. On my first tour I was very impressed with all the amenities provided, the outdoors spaces, and the many small details that gives the Garden Plaza that little extra specialness in quality. Every time I walk through their doors I feel comfortable due to the wonderful surroundings and because of the friendly greetings of the staff. This is a place who gets it and who does it right. Top notch.

My father has been at Garden Plaza since November of 2011 -- first in Garden Plaza and the, beginning in January of this year, at The Bridge. The entire facility is absolutely first class and the administration and staff treat everyone there as though they are family -- even so far as knowing them by name almost immediately and family members, as well. They have always been very accommodating and Dad constantly tells us he could not be living in a better place. This coming from the man who resisted leaving his own home. We decided to take Garden Plaza up on their offer to allow us use a banquet room which is available for residents to use for family get-togethers and had Easter Brunch there. We were extremely impressed not only by the accommodations, but also for the buffet they put together. It absolutely rivaled any Easter Brunch around and no one had to do anything but enjoy the day. I am glad for the opportunity to highly recommend Garden Plaza for anyone who is looking for a home for their parents or even themselves. It's like living in a first class hotel.

When we moved my mom to Idaho last year, I looked at several retirement communities in the area. I fell in love with Garden Plaza the moment I walked through the door. It is everything the brochure/website says it is, and more. The staff members are friendly and make sure they know every resident by name. Their monthly calendar is filled with activities for everyone. The food is great and the meals are well-balanced. One of the greatest benefits for my sister and I, is that we know our mom is safe, getting proper nutrition, has lots of activities available to her, and is very comfortable and secure in her apartment. Oh, and WalMart is just across the parking lot - within walking distance and GP has wheeled market carts to make shopping easier for those who like to walk. I know my mom is well-cared for and in a safe environment that is lovely and comfortable. I hope my children move me there when the time comes!
