I am giving this place 5 stars because there isn't anything I have to complain about. I have lived in several other apartments where either parking was an issue, or the neighbors were too loud, and with Garden Square apartments I don't have to deal with this issue. There is plenty of parking for me and a visitor if I have one. The neighbors are friendly, and quiet. The manager is great! She's nice, attentive, and always readily available if I have an issue with my apartment. I have heard some stories about Lakewood not being the "safest" neighborhood, but I haven't had any issues up to date. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good priced nice apartment. I am currently still living here, and I just signed another lease.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Garden Square Apartments for the year and half I lived there!
They are always working on improving the property and are timely in any repairs that need to be made. Their property manager Erica goes above and beyond and it just a complete joy to work to with.
Highly recommend Garden Square to any one looking for a one bedroom in Lakewood WA.

My mother and I just spoke with Erika from the leasing office. There were no vacancies currently and I can see why. Erika was so positively energetic. She really was informative and seemed eager to help. I could tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the tenants. I have a feeling this community is a pleasant place to live.
