I really wanted to work with this company to fix a few house hold appliances, after asking the owner a few questions over the phone she seemed to get irritated with me and ended up blocking my phone number and I could no longer get in contact with them. I called them from my phone a few times and it would go straight to voicemail then called from a different number and the call went through. I understand companies have the right to chose who they work with it was just very shocking and disappointing that they would actually block me from receiving their services. I didn't cuss them out say anything rude to them, I did get irritated while on the call because Myrna was very impatient and talking over me while I would ask questions. I've never experienced this type of behavior from a business but that's all on that.

Myrna and Jose are amazing!! Very Professional, personable, and HONEST. They fixed my dryer same day within 45 mins or less. For any future appliance problems we will go through them again. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone you won’t be disappointed. I never leave reviews but had to for this company.

Myrna and her husband provided amazing customer service. They came out to check out my dryer and I ended up buying a used dryer from their shop. They were flexible and held the dryer for me until I could pay. She’s such a sweet person.
