Great little day trip for the family. We were able to fish and actually caught a large mouth bass family. They had a great time under the Pavillion and had a fire going in the fire pit provided.

I went camping with some family and we had a great time despite it being a little rainy and windy. The campsites are not directly on the lake but are very close! There are basic bathrooms and water spickets at the campsites and a nice bathroom at the lake. There is a long, rocky beach and a large grassy area with picnic tables, fire pit, and camp grills at the lake. Very beautiful area!

I can honestly say that this bay has become a favorite place. The peace here is tangible and refreshing to the spirit. We sat at the beach for hours, kayaked, floated, played with our dog, and soaked in the tranquility and views. We didn't stay at the campground, but in my BIL and SIL retirement home right above this rocky beach. This community just feels old school, welcoming, and on a slow roll, which we loved. Internet and cell service is spotty which kept us unplugged most of the time. I just can't say enough about this hidden wonder.
