We are very excited about our home building journey with Garrette - we love the variety of designs and options! Tiffany at the Design Center provided fantastic guidance to help make the home's interior just right, and Jessica, our knowledgeable new home sales consultant, worked closely with us to get the right lot, floor plan, and options we really wanted. An amazing experience!

From the time we signed the purchase agreement until we received the keys to the house, the construction process went very well. We received regular updates on the schedule as well as photos of the progress. The design selection process was outstanding, although we would have liked to have seen more upgrade options available. The coordination between our sales representative and the construction superintendent was excellent.
Any of the minor issues that we found during the walkthrough after completion were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Throughout the entire process everyone at Garrette Custom Homes was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with our new home.

We are currently going through the build process with Garrette Custom Homes and we have nothing but great things to say! Amy has been a pleasure to work with throughout this process and is always so helpful and knowledgeable whenever we have questions! In addition, we get weekly updates and pictures from Amy and the build team. This is our first new build and I imagine at times it can be very overwhelming but we haven't felt that with the support and organization that Amy and her team provides! We can't wait to see the finished product and to continue working with Garrette Custom Homes throughout this process!
