David from Garrett's Carpet Cleaners delivers an exceptional, customer-oriented service. He successfully removes all pet stains and provides a comprehensive cleaning that I didn't think was possible. This is our second time employing their services in San Francisco and we will certainly continue to do so in the future. We'll also spread the word to all our neighbors! Before moving out, I had to get my carpets cleaned and I chose these professionals in San Francisco. Eugene and Max were swift and their carpet cleaning services were the most economical compared to others that I had researched. They were knowledgeable and asked the right questions to deliver top-notch work. Also, their pricing was transparent which made it even better.

scammers. on the phone they told me the cost for cleaning my rug was $79 and that they would come pick it up and bring it back later in the day. waited 3 hours for the guy to show up and he told me it was over $400 for them to take it back to their facility to clean it, and if they cleaned it in my apartment it would be $250. I would not have agreed to the cleaning if I knew it was $250, my rug isn’t even worth $250. and I certainly don’t want the rug cleaned on my wood floors. there was no transparency about cost or timing, and they misled me on purpose. there was no mention of the $250 minimum when they called me. wish I could do 0 stars.
