Called to get some information on the phone. Spoke with Christy and she wasn't helpful, very rude and rushed me off the phone. I asked if I could speak someone else and she said there was front office and back office people. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and this is no way to speak to a prospective client.

I never really felt like my problems were seen, heard or understood. I never felt taken care of. The doc would come in, look at me and say "just hang in there!!!" this repeated for 5 months. My skin barely improved on the two creams he prescribed. Perfect place to go to if you don't have major issues, but I never felt an active effort in wanting to help improve my skin. Really upsetting!

I recently visited Dr. Chuang after many other consultations and can definitely say I finally found someone who was willing to sit down and address my skin concerns as well as thoroughly answer each of my questions. The front desk was extremely understanding of my concerns relating to my insurance and helpful in helping to resolve them. Overall, I had a very pleasant visit thanks to the caring and friendly staff and will definitely be back soon.
