I and my several co-owners listed with Gary Fox after we searched the web for a Realtor rating service (not this one) and found him listed as a top performer. We are a group of unrelated investors who live all over the place, Alaska to the East Coast to California. We owned two properties in Lewis County, WA, that we had been trying to sell for many years. Frankly, we were in despair.
Once we found Gary Fox, our “luck” began to change. Gary was amazing. He had great ideas. He knows the market and made excellent marketing and pricing suggestions. He was never pushy at all, but he guided us respectfully and well. He knows how to keep the listings fresh and in front of the eyes of Realtors and their clients. When we needed to get one of the parcels mowed, he knocked himself out working to find someone to do it for us. He is busy because he is so good, and these were both very cheap properties that resulted in small commissions, but he treated us as if we were his most important clients and this was going to be the biggest payday he ever had. He answered questions promptly. Finally, and most important, he got both properties sold for us within 6 months after we’d been trying on our own AND with other Realtors for 8 years.
Our only regret is that we didn’t hire him in the first place. I can’t say enough good things about his business acumen, market knowledge, and negotiating ability. On top of all that, he has a FANTASTIC personality. He’s really funny--quick-witted and wry--plus he’s really kind. If you need a Realtor in central Washington state, I doubt you can find a better one anywhere.
