Like a lot of other people here there is awful professionalism. Turned down for credit after 2 weeks of waiting for some kind of answer. Took app fee from each of us 3 at $52 a pop and never even called us back when they said they would. Will be taking our business elsewhere as they said we could get a cosigner...I mean we're willing to pay 2100 a month.

LEAST PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS IN ALL OF MOSES LAKE. I see why before I started this review they only had 2.6 stars!! I was unable to even finish asking questions before being cut off by both Janessa and Nakita because it was 520 when I called and they were trying to rush out of the office when I was trying to understand their application acceptance process. I was hung up on twice and denied because I asked Nakita “ma’am can I even finish a sentence” she called me rude and hung up. I hope y’all have bosses that see this who take corrective action, and potential clients see this and know to stay away from the worst people in real estate.

Rental properties are listed for a VALUED dollar amount of 950$ meanwhile the residents are forced to become one with the hive, this is disgusting. 270k plus a year for this one property and the profits go straight into the pockets of employees to be spread like feathers in Moses Lake and elsewhere. Really disappointing. George Washington killed, if this is your way you suck🥲
