Excellent experience with Gary's. I woke up to find no hot water on a Thursday morning and called three plumbing companies recommended by my local Facebook group. I had to leave a message with two and then I called Gary's where a live person answered the phone. They sent a plumber (David) out within a couple hours. It turned out that I needed a part that had to come from the manufacturer so he arranged to have that sent out overnight, it arrived on Friday, and he came back to put it in on Saturday morning. I was very happy with his clear explanation of the problem and the breakdown of charges. And of course having such a fast turnaround was quite unexpected. Thank you, Gary's!

I have a spirited house whose walls are full of surprises, which means my heart rate goes up every time I need to have something fixed. But if I could give Owen 10 stars, I would. He is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and when my job turned out to be twice as complicated as anticipated, he took every surprise in stride. He took the time to explain what he was doing, laid out how I could care for my shower down the line, and didn't push me to pay for more than what I needed. I feel more empowered as a homeowner because of Owen's expertise, and Gary's now has a customer for life.

Paid on day of service. Heat regulator and washer tap. $386.00. One month later a surprise bill for another $690 that equals $37 dollars per minute. Also 2 other bills for a fire hydrant and under house insulation were included to the tune of $2000 , they were not our bills.
Asked 3 times for "Sarah" the owner's daughter to have Gary call me, That did not happen, instead the $690 was taken from our bank account.
50 years in the construction business never been RIPPED OFF so blatantly. Is it the Semiahmoo address???
2 Other plumbers came out saying it would have been around the $500 range.
I did stand on the Guide Meridian with a sign Garys Plumbing THIEVES. Might aggo to the Guide again.
I informed another office worker 1 unhappy customer equals about 1000.
