"For your own safety, make sure to record EVERYTHING when dealing with this company! Terrible experience! Left my car for one day, was told I wouldn't be charged due to closing time, but was charged for an extra night anyway. Staff was rude, racist, and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. They also caused over $1000 in damages to my vehicle, including scratches and theft of personal items. When I brought it to their attention, they laughed it off and refused to take responsibility. The front desk staff and drivers were unprofessional and uncaring. Don't make the same mistake I did! 1/5 stars."

I mean I really can't complain about Gary's. I mean I can just because of the fact that they impounded my car but they were just doing their job. Everything that has happened that I didn't like (the amount I paid, after hours fee) was due to the circumstances of my own doing. Gary....the gentleman that helped me and I am assuming the owner, was a little cranky at first but by the end of our exchange...he was able to finally go home and so was I with my car. I give 3 stars because I'm bitter with the fact they towed my car but when I picked up my care EVERYTHING WAS THERE even though I had my window rolled all the way down. GARY...you are actually a cool guy underneath it all.

So angry and couldn’t wait the 4 minutes it took me to meet him. So impatient, relax, Im the one with my keys locked in my car.
You’re getting paid. Don’t make YOUR work order my problem.
