This place has really gone down in service and staff quality. I called to set up my colonoscopy and endoscopy which was clearly noted in my previous colonoscopy by my gastroenterologist- in their organization. I was told I need to come in so that my doctor can order the colonoscopy - except my doctor is not available for 3 months. Since I knew the colonoscopy was already required, I opted to just see anyone who is available at the earliest and they assigned a nurse practitioner. I can understand that after the pandemic, you have a 2 month wait to see a doctor but it’s a joke when you can’t even see your doctor and the nurse practitioner who I settled for argued with me about what I know about my body. He insisted I take the medication for a health condition I’m having when I told him I’d like to start by changing my diet and I don’t like taking drugs. To make matters worse, I was told by the admin who schedules the procedures that they couldn’t give me a date and time for my colonoscopy and endoscopy. The admin told me she’ll call me the next day. I called over the weekend after waiting for two days and not getting a call. Still no call back and it’s been a week since my visit. I found out Puget Sound Gastroenteology was bought out by GastroHealth which is a Florida-based company. No wonder their service is atrocious. I’m going to find another gastroenterology clinic for my own health’s sake.

Unprofessional and rude reception desk. Every single one of them, every time I came in. My procedure was cancelled and only found out when I came there for it. After prepping for 5 day. And again the staff at the front desk were horrific. I don’t know why my clinic referred me to this people. I will be writing an email to Evergreen.

The worst facility ever. I arrive on time for my appointment at 10am and then the front desk tells me that check in time is 930am which is NOT mentioned anywhere and I am turned back. Multiple reminders have come in for the appointment, NONE mentioning 9:30am arrival time and also all my pre-check appointment forms are filled out. Worst experience ever.
