For years I have experienced the terrible receptionists here and I'm very over it!

They are very rude, I have been pleasant with them throughout my time as a patient ie: saying a polite greeting , a smile and a thankyou when I interact with them. In return I always get a snarky attitude and they never exchange pleasantries. I would define the receptionist here as very condescending and not very helpful.

The only reason why I go here still is due to the respect I have for Dr. Loewen. He has always treated me the way a patient should be treated, and goes the extra mile by showing interest in my personal life ie big life events, hobbies etc

I fear if the receptionists do not change or are not replaced I will soon have to find another family doctor.
