My wife and I bought our house with Gavin in 2015, and recently just sold the same house with Gavin and Kris' help. The selling of our home was not something we were looking forward to, because we were worried it would be a huge hassle and take forever. But, with Gavin and Kris' help, our house had multiple offers within less than a week of listing and the entire process was shockingly painless. They took care of everything from sending a contractor to help with minor repairs, to being available to answer all of our questions about the process. Being first time home sellers, we didn't quite know what to expect, but with Gavin's help, the process was quick and efficient! Gavin and his team are amazing! We were in the area for 10 days is all to find a house, and he was able to not only find us a home, but our dream home! We are military, and purchased the home from out of state, and Gavin and his team made the entire process so easy, I felt like it wasn't really happening! There was no stress in the process, and we feel completely satisfied with our purchase! I have recommended Gavin to all of our military friends, our family, and will continue to recommend him to anyone we come across wanting to purchase or sell a home. Words just cannot express how awesome he is!
