They never pick ur call. After a waiting period of more than one hour, they disconnect my call. It looks like they disconnect purposely. If you can’t handle a business, please stop it. I am paying $20 every month from last two years. At least, my call should be heard.

This place needs to just be destroyed or sold. Customer service sucks more than stubbing your toe. Like seriously, my wife gave her laptop in for repair(we have their product care plan or whatever it's called) and we were told only a few days and it turned into a few weeks and no communication whatsoever. I hope this place burns to the ground!!
