Customer Service is horrible. I get that you don’t do walk-ins but then when they asked what was wrong and I explained, the guy actually laughed at me.

This place doesn't exist. I makes no effort to have their incorrect location information fixed. This is a photo rental place. No computer repair place has ever existed here. Why would anyone trust a business that can't even get this basic bit of information correct?!

I love mobile computer repair places that come to me. This one is my favorite. It's so nice to find a really good place especially after first using so many bad places. I've used 2 other computer repair companies, and both were the Pitts. Geeks to go was friendly, professional and prompt. I will use them again and I will tell my friends.
