Do not go to this place if you want your medication. You can never get ahold of anyone and with the off chance they you do the customer service is horrible.
In the past year I have had trouble getting my medications refilled for my anxiety and depression... this is the 3rd time in a year. Every time I talk to someone they tell me I need my pharmacy to fax a request over WHICH THEY DO EVERY TIME...
This is happening again I have been out of my meds for a week because they didn't approve my pharmacies request.. so I have been calling them MULTIPLE TIMES this past week and no one has answered I even left 4 voicemail and got no response back and no prescriptions refilled....
I tried calling today (a Saturday) to leave ANOTHER voice mail... someone answered and complained that's its emergency only on the weekend. I explained what happened and she rudely said to call back Tuesday. THEY DO not care about their clients.
Dr puri is ok tho... just the front staff and who ever is in charge of the prescription refills that sucks.
