Gelataio in San Carlos serves some of the best gelato around. The flavors are rich, creamy, and authentic, making each scoop a delightful treat. Although they don't offer tasting, the quality of the gelato makes it worth trying different flavors each visit. A great spot for a sweet indulgence!
Update: While I've enjoyed visiting Gelataio in the past, I've noticed some changes over the last few months. The ice cream portions have become smaller, and some flavors are no longer available because the staff mentions it's challenging to bring them from storage. Additionally, the reduced working hours have made it a bit harder to plan a visit. I hope these are temporary adjustments and that the service returns to its usual high standard soon.
