My employee has attempted to contact GIA to enroll in a course for several days, and after waiting on hold for over 50 minutes, finally was successful today. I find it alarming that GIA can't answer the phone, and am very concerned/confused as to why the phone systems aren't working at GIA here in Carlsbad. I wouldn't have generally gone out of my way to do something like this, but after over a week of being on hold, someone in upper management needs to know about how horribly difficult it has been to call GIA. I'm trying to give you my money... THANK YOU-

Was told that they would check out a stone I have for no charge fill out all the paperwork made an appointment they called me the next day and told me there was a $250 charge
