Abandoned the job. Had to go to Contractor's board to recovery some funds. Also had to attached his bond.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. My point of contact was Gary ( I believe he is the owner). I scheduled for him to come assess removing asbestos from our air con unit we needed to replace (can’t replace without removing asbestos). We confirmed date and time and I texted him my info and address. When he No showed, I called and he claimed to not have received my text. I replied to the message I originally sent him to show I did send him the info. He came hours later. He did not take accountability or apologize. He then never sent me a quote for the job like I asked 2xs for. But he was nice. So I booked with him and he again asked me to text the info. I did. He never replied. I learned from the first time and sent a text prompting him to reply. He did to confirm date and time for 2 weeks later. When the arrival window passed for our set spot for the removal job, we called him. And (sadly not surprisingly) he forgot about the job (he said “I forgot”) and also said they couldnt come that day because they didn’t finish their job on Friday.We schedule for a Saturday and the air con unit was being replaced Monday. He knew this turn around time was tight. He left us high and dry on a Saturday!!!. I had to call 70 people to find 1 company to come out and do the job (and had to pay more for the rush job thanks to Gary). Gary was unapologetic. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience. He is clearly a forgetful person and he doesn’t manage time well or job schedules. Unprofessional. If you want your job done on time and for someone to show up to appts, don’t go with Gen Con.
