What happened to Gen? Used to be my favorite ayce bbq but quality went from a 5 to a 1 recently. Also, it took 1 hour for us to get sauces, salads and rice paper. We had to ask 5 times. They dropped off our soju and 30 minutes later came back with shot glasses (we asked 3 times). The meat looked like it was processed on the floor.
Unfortunately I won't be coming back, but it's not like they need my money since they're so packed all the time.

The food is good, the only issue is the music can be incredibly loud and clubby. Went early on a Sunday and saw several family's asking the manager why trap music is blaring at 11 am, eventually she got it, turned it down a few decibels and put on something other then trap rap. The staff is nice. Weird thing tho is they have a new location in the same parking lot. That threw a bunch of people off since the main location looked available but everyone's directed to go to another one.

Food was good as always. We always come for the ayce. They have as pretty good menu and with good options that include appetizers and their hotteok pancakes. They also have Korean chicken and cheese katsu on there. This location has two locations. The main one can usually get really packed, but you can go to the second one at the back and side and that usually has seating if you don't want to wait. Service was still good and you still get the same food.
