Great work! However...Customer service is the absolute worst! It takes over 2 weeks and multiple emails to even get an answer on the order of your status, extremely disappointing and frustrating. Customer service is one of the foundations as a business. You can have a wonderful product at an amazing price, but if your customer service lacks so much then what keeps customers from switching to an alternative with someone who will listen to them?
