My wife and I got home from being out of town to a broken hot water heater. We called Gene Johnson in the morning the next day to assess the problem. An hour later Hugo Hernandez was at our house explaining our options, he was very informative and super efficient on his install, 3 hours after arriving Hugo had us up and running with a new hot water heater. This is hands down then easiest repair we've had done to our home, we would highly recommend Gene Johnson, and Hugo in particular, for you plumbing and heating needs.

Amazing service. Fast response. Friendly and quick. Hugo was super nice and helped us out with everything we needed. Darren came out and did an awesome job repairing my leaky toilet. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up wonderfully .

Professional and thorough job done by Tyler. He arrived the very next day and completed a water leak under several inches of concrete and 2 feet of dirt. Then he filled it all in, including the concrete. Next, he replaced the water heater and stayed until the temp was at the desired temp. Incredible service that went beyond expectations.
