If I could give a no star review, I would. For a high-end professional salon where a haircut costs at least $100+, I have had my last two scheduled appointments canceled without any explanation except the stylist(s) would not be in that day. On 7/24, I received a cancelation BY TEXT 45 min. before my appointment which had been scheduled for 4 weeks. I was able to have another stylist cut my hair and made an appointment with him that day for 8/28. Today, (8/17) I got a call canceling that appointment. I asked the question and was told by the person on the phone at the Gig Harbor salon that if the stylist only has one appointment for the day, then they will not come in and the appointment will be canceled. So very unprofessional. I will not return to this salon.

I had the best new haircut today. The service is impeccable from the time I entered the salon until I left. The hot cup of tea, an excellent hair appointment and great products I was extremely happy.
