Great guys. Came up from Astoria to get a bmw x1 I was eyeing on the website. I went on a Sunday to get the car and it was a bit of a struggle to communicate with the banks about financing. Sat there most of the day trying to get financed. It seemed hopeless by the time it reached 4:30 so we decided to head out. Got a call 15 mins later saying there was an approval so we decided to turn around and get a room for the night and pick it up in the morning considering they closed at 5pm. It all worked out in the end. They were very polite and helpful. I don’t recommend trying to get financed on a Sunday! But I do recommend them for low cost luxury cars.
Side note: the x1 I got has a bad wheel bearing in the driver side. Going to have to get that fixed. Have had the car for 3 days. I understand it’s a used vehicle, but not something I wanted to have to worry about right away. Oh well.

My experience here was great, about 5 days ago I was driving in this area looking for a car to purchase, this lot seemed to have a lot of variety so I decided to look around found this amazing BMW X1 for a great price. Upon looking around the dealers came outside to help but put no pressure on me. Allowed me to look at the cars without feeling misplaced, gave me information on them as well. Mr. Courdray Phillips is an acceptinal dealer and human. Very personable gave me honest feedback on what my financing option. He made sure I could get a price that wouldn't break my pockets. Told him what my bottom line . it went from unlikely to a done deal. Courdray moved mountains to get me the car I wanted. Like I said there was no pressure, upon making my decision gave him a call on Tuesday and got approved same day. Even though he wasn't at the job he still made sure to be reachable the work this man has done behind the scenes to make things seemless for me is extremely appreciated. If you're looking to get a car I would highly suggest this place. Vibes were great, the car is great. They work with you, this was my first car purchase and I felt I got the most value for what I wanted. Made sure to tell me to keep in touch. If you're gonna spend the money make sure it's with him everyone there is great as well . Courdray in particular is what made me wanna come back for this car so thank you! He's a great person to be in contact with.

We had a great experience at Gene Pankey. Kevin was very helpful, friendly, and made the whole car buying experience a lot easier. Everyone else there was great too and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into anything. Definitely recommend!
