I have to say I never want to have transmission problems again but if I do I will call mark first he explained every step of the way what was going on with my truck and what he would do if it was his I really appreciate the way my wife and I were treated by Mark and Cindy my daughter even got to pet their dog great people great business and more than fair on price

Mark and Garrett are an amazing team in the shop, I chose general transmission as my mechanic shop several years ago solely based on reviews and I’m glad I did. Solid, loyal and honest people with amazing talents. They gave my Ford Explorer a second chance.

It was so nice to do business with a local shop where you deal with the owners. Mark was up front about everything and is very knowledgeable. He knows if you need a new transmission or just a repair. Cindy in the office was extremely helpful efficient and kind. If I ever need work done on my vehicles, Mark and Cindy get my business every time. 5 stars for General Transmission!
