State Patrol had my car towed here after totaling it on S-167. Tow driver gave me a ride and was very friendly the whole drive. The lady at the front on the other hand, was extremely rude and unfriendly. Called three times regarding payment and was told three different prices.
Attempted to get stuff out of my car and help load my car onto a trailer the day I paid and picked it up but she refused to let me go back there. As well as refused to let my friend in the front office despite him paying for the car impound. Any time I had to talk to him or collect the money I had to step outside to speak with him. Very odd practices.
Don’t recommend getting toward to the Puyallup Gene’s towing if given the choice. Also, no restrooms despite being a paying customer.
